The size of 15 football pitches, Yas Waterworld is full to the brim of exciting rides, leisurely activities and unique attractions. Out of the 43 rides, slides and attractions, 5 are unique to the park, and never seen anywhere else in the world.
For the ultimate slide try the 238m long hydromagnetic-powered tornado waterslide. The only one of its kind in the world, this ride takes six people at a time. Try the world’s largest surfable sheet wave on Bubble’s Barrel, where 3m high waves will test your surfing or body boarding skills!
For something with a slower pace, climb to the top of Jebel Dana, the park’s altitude-defying summit and gaze over the huge waterpark and the surrounding area. You can also follow the journey of a young Emirati girl on her quest to find a giant pearl, where you can explore souks and pearl-diving.
Open daily from 10am – 6pm in the winter and 10am – 8pm in the summer, this waterpark, located on Yas Island, is the ideal day out.
